Application - Light Aircraft Communication/GPS System

Project details - The requirement called for a panel that could be mounted in a variety of light aircraft and helicopters using standard hardware. The panel had to offer good legibility and high tactile feedback with extreme reliability over a wide temperature range in a rugged environment. Our solution included backlit, stainless steel dome tactile switches, a laser etched silicone rubber keypad, and an integrated LCD display.
